Orlando Event Photographer – Yelp Orlando Elite Event – Barre3 Winter Park

I really enjoyed photographing a Yelp event recently which surprisingly had a main focus on fitness and a secondary spotlight on food. That is pretty new for Elite Events and everyone really enjoyed it! Barre3 Winter Park is a unique fitness studio that really makes you feel like you are a super-fit ballerina in a way, which I am sure is part of its popularity. “Barre3 evolves the dancer’s workout by combining the grace of the ballet barre with the wisdom of yoga and the strength of Pilates. Barre3 classes are set to an upbeat soundtrack and follow a vigorous pace moving through a sequence of postures designed to shape and lift the entire body.” All of the Yelpers loved the class and I would say many of the attendees wanted to go back for another Barre3 class in the future. Also at the event that night: Skyebird Organic. They served all natural snacks, salads and fruit juices. And let’s not forget the amazing spicy kale chips. They were my favorite! Check them out at Orlando’s new East End Market in a few months!

Orlando Engagement Photographer, Vanessa and Henry

Emily Bronte wrote, “Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.” That quote defines Vanessa and Henry. From the first time I met Vanessa to talk about her wedding, I knew she was a kind and warm soul. So sweet and just so real. She spoke so highly of Henry and her eyes just glowed with happiness. They were set to be married in little over a month, but she still wanted to do an engagement session. So we scheduled it two weeks before the wedding. When I met Henry for the engagement photos, it was also very clear that he was also such a warm soul. I guess what I’m saying is, these two are soulful through and through. They have so much love for each other. I can’t wait for their wedding at the end of the month!

Apopka, High School Senior Photographer, Shelby 2013

Gorgeous Shelby is graduating this year from Little Red Schoolhouse in Zellwood. Her parents are so sweet and very proud of her. She is the baby of the family and this big step into adulthood is always a very emotional time for any family. I was so happy to take meaningful photographs of her to remember this time in her life. There were so many beautiful shots it was hard to pick a few to show here!

Christina and Andrew, Mission Inn Resort, Howey In The Hills Wedding

I am always deeply honored to be a part of all the weddings I photograph. However, Christina and Andrew’s wedding was extra special because I have known Christina for over three years. When I first moved my business into professional mode, she was one of the brave ones who let me take pictures of her for my new portfolio. Since I was a “stranger” offering a photo session for free, we met at a park for the photos. We have reflected on that time and laughed because she brought not one, but two friends along in case I was a weirdo! But in all seriousness, Christina and I have came a long way since then. I left my first career to become a full-time photographer, my marriage is more magical each day, and I now have an amazing eight-month old son. And as I write this, she has married the love of her life and today is actually the last day at her first serious job. Christina will be starting a new adventure at another company. This year has held so many defining moments for her and Andy. Life is always changing in the blink of an eye and taking her wedding photos was near and dear to me.
